Greyt-Waitstaff is an event staffing business based at Spirits of Greyton, 10 High Street, Greyton. We are the responsible party for the personal information described here.

When you use the event planner, the contact form or the job application form, we collect what you type in: your name, email address, phone number and details about your event or your work experience.

The event planner also saves your answers in your own browser so you can come back to them. That copy stays on your device and is not sent to us until you press send.

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, plan and deliver your event, and, for job applications, to consider you for work. We don't use it for anything else and we don't sell or share it for marketing.

Eddie and the people who help him run the business. Where it's needed to deliver your event, we may share relevant details with your venue, planner or caterer.

Enquiries are kept for up to two years so we can look after returning clients. Job applications are kept for up to one year. After that they are deleted.

Our gallery shows photos from events we've worked at. If you appear in a photo and would like it removed, let us know and we'll take it down.

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we'll respond promptly.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
