Booking us is simple. You tell us what the day looks like, we plan the service around it, and on the day you hardly have to think about us at all.

We plan and quote
We work out staff numbers, bar and hire, and send a clear written quote. Nothing is added later that wasn't on it.

Briefing and walk-through
Closer to the day we meet your planner or venue, confirm the running order and sort out the details that make service smooth.

Service on the day
The team arrives early and uniformed with a captain on the floor. We serve, pour, clear and pack down, then leave the venue tidy.

If you've been to a party in Greyton, you've probably met Eddie
Eddie started Greyt-Waitstaff to give local celebrations the kind of service you'd expect at the best venues in the Winelands, with a team from the village. He trains every new member himself, and he's on the floor at most of our weddings.
I had the privilege of working with Eddie at a wedding reception in Greyton. I found him to be calm under pressure, an excellent problem solver, hard working and exceptionally well-spoken. I highly recommend him for any event!
